Dan Styf

Dan Styf is the SVP and CEO of the Memorial Hermann Health Plan, a subsidiary of Memorial Hermann Health System. In this role, Styf is responsible for providing comprehensive leadership and effective management of the health plan’s strategic planning, growth and operating performance.

Before joining Memorial Hermann in January 2016, Styf was the senior executive responsible for the launch and operation of the Piedmont WellStar Health Plans, a joint venture between WellStar Health System and Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta.

Styf has an established track record of community service and leadership that complements his professional achievements. Styf has served as the Board Chair for Cobb’s Competitive EDGE, Cobb County’s (GA) Economic Development organization, and MUST Ministries, a non-profit organization that provides shelter, food, clothing and job training support for those in need across North Georgia. He also served the boards of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, the Town Center Community Improvement District, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and The Southern Museum of Civil War and Locomotive History.

Styf was recognized as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 and one of Georgia Trend’s 40 Under 40. Styf received the Cobb Chamber’s Mack Henderson Community Service Award and the Cobb Chamber’s Next Generation Leadership Award. He also graduated from the Leadership Atlanta and Leadership Cobb community leadership development programs.

Styf’s professional experience includes more than five years as Vice President for Regional & Marketing Strategy for Kaiser Permanente in Georgia. He also served in various leadership roles with the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) in Washington, D.C. and Health Alliance Plan in Detroit, Michigan.

Styf has a Bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Hope College in Holland, Michigan and a Master of Science degree from Dartmouth Medical School’s Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice.

Monica Carbajal
Monica CarbajalVice President of Product Development and Network StrategyMemorial Hermann Health Solutions, Inc.Houston, TX

Monica Carbajal joined the Memorial Hermann Health Solutions team as Vice President of Product Development and Network Strategy in October, 2015. In this role, she manages the strategic development of new product offerings, contracts and partners with a strategic network of providers and she also has responsibility for sales & marketing.

Monica has worked in the Memorial Hermann Health Care System since 2006 in various development and strategic planning roles. She previously worked at Texas Children's/Texas Children's Health plan where she assisted with network development and general managed-care activity. She's also previously held positions with Prudential Healthcare and a large professional radiology group.

Monica is a native Texan, holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Jamie Reynoso
Jamie ReynosoChief Operating OfficerMemorial Hermann Health Solutions, Inc.Houston, TX

Jamie Reynoso joined the Memorial Hermann Health Plan team as the Chief Operating Officer in April, 2016. In this role, she is responsible for the oversight and management of the health plan day-to-day operations as well as key external strategic partner relationships.

Previously, Jamie was RVP, Payer Strategy and Operations – Midwest Region for Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) as well as Interim COO for its health plan subsidiary, Prominence Health. Jamie was with CHI for three and a half years. Prior to CHI, Jamie was with UnitedHealth Group for 16+ years in various roles. Jamie has over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with a strong background in payer and provider contracting, ACO/CIN organizations, product development, product management, compliance, reimbursement methodologies, system integrations, and service operations.

Although born in Nebraska, Jamie moved to South Texas to attend high school and college. Jamie received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Texas A&M University – Kingsville.

Glen Dawes
Glen DawesVice President of FinanceMemorial Hermann Health Solutions, Inc.Houston, TX

Glen Dawes joined the Memorial Hermann Health Solutions team as Vice President of Finance in October, 2016. In this role, he is responsible for the leadership, vision and formulation / implementation of financial, operational and fiscal policies and control procedures. In addition, Glen works closely with the senior executive team of the Health Plan along with the corporate executive team of Memorial Hermann Health System. Additional responsibilities include assisting in developing, implementing and monitoring the Health Plan's strategic plan while also overseeing the daily operations of the Finance, Underwriting and Medical Data Management functions, including systems.

Before joining Memorial Hermann, Glen was the Vice President Controller of the Southern California region for Kaiser Permanente Health Plan. In this position, Glen was directly responsible for leading a 125-member financial accounting team as they managed a $24B operating division. Glen was with Kaiser Permanente for a total of 8+ years in various roles. He also previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Support Operations (CSP) at Washington Mutual.

Glen grew up in central Florida. He holds a finance degree from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.

Kristyn Greifer
Kristyn GreiferChief Medical OfficerMemorial Hermann Health Solutions, Inc.Houston, TX

Dr. Kristyn Greifer currently serves as The Memorial Hermann Health Plan Chief Medical Officer. She joined in June, 2016. In this role, she is responsible for clinical policies, medical management (including prior authorizations and medical review), pharmacy services and quality improvement.

Before joining Memorial Hermann, Kristyn was the Vice President, Population Health Management at WellStar Health System in Marietta, Georgia. She was responsible for building the Population Health program in support of the WellStar Accountable Care Organization, Piedmont WellStar Health Plan and the WellStar Clinically Integrated Network. Dr. Greifer is a well-respected speaker on the topic of Population Health. Dr. Greifer joined WellStar in 2013. Prior to this she spent 15 years with Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta, Georgia as a practicing primary care physician, palliative care physician and hospitalist with escalating leadership roles including Associate Medical Director for Primary and Specialty Care, and Associate Medical Director for Hospital, Acute Care and Resource Stewardship.

Kristyn grew up in Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Greifer received her MD and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
