Everyday Well is an online account or patient portal that gives our members access to the care and services they need to stay healthy. Members can accessed it anytime, anywhere to manage their health, schedule appointments and more. Everyday Well can easily be accessed on a computer, tablet and smart-phone with the Everyday Well app or by visiting Everyday Well.

Our Wellness Portal offers unique features for members that include:

• Find affiliated physicians and locations
• Schedule appointments or check in online
• Virtually connect with a healthcare provider using Virtual Office Visit or 24/7 Virtual Urgent Care
• Print ID Cards and check their Deductible Tracker and claim status
