Formulary Search

Our formulary covers both brand-name drugs and generic drugs. Generic drugs have the same active ingredient as brand drugs. They are approved why the FDA to be as safe and effective as the brand-name drug. Generic drugs generally cost less than brand-name drugs.

The formulary may change during the year. If we make any formulary changes that impacts our members’ abilities to fill their prescriptions, we will notify those members prior to the change being made.

We may immediately remove a brand name drug on our formulary if we are replacing it with a new generic drug that will appear on the same or lower cost sharing tier and with the same or fewer restrictions. Also, when adding the new generic drug, we may decide to keep the brand name drug on our formulary, but immediately move it to a different cost-sharing tier or add new restrictions.

Find your drug by searching for drug name, therapeutic category, or drug class. If you are not sure of the spelling of the drug you may search the formulary using only a portion of the drug’s name.
