IF YOU ARE ACCESSING THE HEALTHTRIO PORTAL FOR THE FIRST TIME, PLEASE NOTE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS BELOW:
For Medicare Advantage Members: When asked for your Member ID, please add TWO ZEROS (00) at the end of the number on your Memorial Hermann Advantage ID Card. For example, if the ID on your card is 123456789, you would enter 12345678900 when setting up your portal access.
For Commercial/Employer Group Members: When asked for your Member ID, you will need to add two digits at the end of the number you find on your Memorial Hermann Member ID Card:
Primary Subscriber: Add TWO ZEROS (00) at the end of the ID number on your card.
Spouse: Add 01 at the end of the ID number on your card.
Dependent(s): If you have only one dependent, add 02 at the end of the ID number on your card.
If you have more than one dependent, you will need to call our Customer Service team at (855) 645-8448 to ensure you have the correct two-digit number for each of your dependents.
