Provider Portal Account Registration

Providers can now register for the portal by referencing the materials below and accessing the link to the new portal. The first individual that registers for a provider group is assigned the role of Local Administrator. Please be mindful of who you select as your provider group portal local administrator. In most cases, the Office Manager should be assigned this role. The Local Administrator has access to all standard features, plus the System Administration feature for setting up and overseeing all other users of the registered office.

The new user registration guide which provides step-by-step instructions for completing registration can be accessed via the link below. If you are having technical difficulties, please sign up for a training.

If you are registering for the provider portal account, please allow 72 hours for processing and approval of the account. If you have established a local administrator role, you can add users and thus by pass the 72 hour timeline.

Information must be exactly as MHHP has it listed:

  • Provider Name
  • NPI
  • Phone Number
  • Tax ID
  • Check number within the last 12 months of present day

Unlimited, with multiple users in the same role.

Validate the registration information using Explanation of Payment from MHHP and/or Payee on a check issued by MHHP. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at (855) 645-8448.
